Wonderful c. 1950's Mother of Pearl beaded vanity purse measuring
approximately 3" by 5 3/8" by 3/4" deep with a 12" chain mesh handle.
The front of the case is decorated with faux pearl flowers designs
surrounded by clear glass beads and framed with mother of pearl. The
back of the case is unadorned. Inside is a powder well with puff, an
empty lipstick, a small brown case that contains a comb and a cigarette
(or what have you) compartment that is separated from the rest of the
case by a polished chrome mirror. The overall condition is very good
with mild scratches on the back from minor use.
