Elizabeth
Payne is a local Southern California artist who has been channeling her
creative energies into jewelry design and creation over the past few
years. She introduced her first line of unique, limited edition and one
of a kind creations for sale for the first time in the fall of 2005.
Her work has been well received and she has continued to produce new
and unique designs to the delight of her growing group of customers and
collectors.
