We do our best to photograph, measure and describe our items accurately. Please be sure to measure yourself prior to ordering and be aware that colors are approximate due to variances in monitors and systems.
When your order is received a "Reserved" sign will be put on the item until payment is received. Once payment is received the item will be marked "Sold".

Shipping

We ship via USPS Priority Mail and charge only the actual amount of shipping and insurance. All items, usually being one of a kind, vintage items, are insured for the amount of purchase. Any insurance claims arising due to damage or non-receipt of items are the responsibility of the purchaser. Little Treasures will supply the purchaser with all necessary, supporting documents.

Lay-A-Way

We offer a 30 day lay-a-way with 30% of the purchase total down. We prefer 1/2 of the balance in two weeks and the remaining balance by 30 days unless other arrangements are made in advance. Deposits for lay-a-way transactions that are not completed are not refundable, however, a credit for that amount will be issued.

Returns

You are strongly encouraged to measure yourself prior to ordering an item to avoid receiving items that do not fit you. If it is necessary to return an item we must be contacted within 24 hours of receipt of the item so we can issue a return authorization number. The item must be received back within 7 days in the same condition as shipped, and must be insured for the amount of purchase. After the item is received and inspected, a refund will be issued, minus the original shipping and insurance charges. If the item is damaged, altered or worn, a refund will not be issued. Items will not be accepted for a refund without a return authorization number.
We do not accept returns of Sale items and lay-a-ways that extend beyond 30 days.
Returns of standard 30 day lay-a-ways are charged a 15% restocking fee.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Paypal. Paypal is a free and secure service, and you can access Paypal through the link on the Little Treasures website below. If you prefer to pay by check or money order, please let us know and we will send you instructions on where to mail your payment. Payment by charge card, money order or cashiers check will assure fast shipment. Payment by personal check may hold your shipment for seven to ten days.
